I hope you all are having a well deserved break and enjoying your summer. I wanted to do a post this morning just kind of keeping everyone in the loop and making sure we have all the information out there with everything going on. Please take the time to read through this post carefully.
Puerto Rico Trip
Remember that the deadline for signing up for the Puerto Rico trip is July 21st, 2025. Make sure you have looked through all of the information carefully (info can be found on the home page of the band website) and haves signed up if you are planning on going. You will sign up through Group Travel Network and that information can be found at the link below. You will get a message stating your status is incomplete but that is only because there has been no payment made.

Seniors, as most of you know the years we do not travel with the entire band we always offer a trip for our graduation seniors. With the link below you can see all of the information about the trip. The deadline to sign up for this trip is July 21st, 2025.

Fundraising Opportunity – The Valhalla Open Golf Tournament – July 25th and 26th
We will be hosting the annual Valhalla Open Golf Tournament at Kinderlou Forest on July 25th and 26th. This is an awesome golf tournament to raise money for the band and the LHS Golf team. This year we are offering to anyone (including our rising 8th graders) the opportunity to sell hole sponsors and put money into your student account. For every hole sponsor that is sold, the student will receive $25.00 that will go into their student account. This money can be used for anything. Band Fees, Trip, etc.
You can access all the information about the golf tournament at the link below but the second page is the form for someone to do a hole sponsor. Make sure that if you sell a hole sponsor that your students name is written on the form so that they can get credit for the sale.
