The first form is our Band Commitment Form. By submitting this form you are making your commitment to participate in the 2024 Lowndes High Georgia Bridgemen. If you have any doubts about doing band in the fall please do not fill out this form.
IT IS ALSO IMPERATIVE THAT WE HAVE A WORKING EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE PARENT/GUARDIAN OF EVERY STUDENT.
