Attention parents of Seniors and those no longer in Band:

Read this carefully.

Your student’s band account reflects money that you deposited for your student’s band expenses. Money in the account from fundraising is not refundable. Money that you deposited but did not use is refundable. Keep in mind, we are planning to do a big trip in 2021-2022 school year. So, if your child plans to be in band during 2021-2022, please do NOT fill out this form.

Before requesting a refund, consider if your student still has payments to make for Winter Guard, Indoor Percussion, or other expenses. [Please note: when reviewing your student’s statement,   -$123 means there is a credit of  $123.]

  • Requests received before March 15, 2021 will be reviewed and processed within a few weeks of that date.
  • Requests received before May 26, 2021 will be reviewed and processed within a few weeks of that date.

The refund request form can only be completed by the parent or legal guardian of the student (as listed in the school system records).
